Back in early December, I took my first stab at event photography -- our friend's daughter's 1st birthday party. It was a lot of fun and gave me a whole new respect for wedding photographers who must feel immense pressure to "get the shot." I spent just under three hours with the Oderkirks, but ended up with over 400 photos!! Needless to say, I whittled that number WAY down, but still ended up with well over 100 proofs for them. I'm contemplating adding this service to my business (event photography), but will have to mull it over a bit more.
